men don’t get to decide what is misogynistic

straight people don’t get to decide what it homophobic

white people don’t get to decide what is racist

people in positions of power

don’t get to decide what is considered oppression

that’s how we move backwards, not forwards

3. favorite color: Green, blue, black
4. lucky number: multiples of 5
5. height: 5’4”

talents

1. last dream you remember: I was in China, and this Chinese student wanted to take my picture, but as he was stepping back, he kept getting closer and closer to the large hole in the wall, as apparently in my dream China just leaves holes in their walls with no railings, and eventually he fell off and I ran over and watched him fall, like, 12 stories to the ground, and I couldn’t watch, but I heard him hit the ground and it was just- it was just so realistic, like, such a sense of hopelessness, scared the crap out of me.
2. can you juggle: yes
3. art/sports/both: art more, but both (not watching sports though)
4. do you like writing: Indeed
5. do you like dancing: I mean, yeah, but I’m not very good at it, and I don’t do it in front of other people
6. do you like singing: yaaas but I’m probably so bad at it. pfft

fantasize

1. dream vacation: in Japan with an endless supply of money- going to Harry Potter world when no one else is there would be cool as well (this fantasy does not include the possibility of warping the very fabric of reality, because if it did, you’d know my dream vacation would be in my favorite books, cartoons, movies, and animes)
2. dream date: Super fun time at an amusement park, I suppose
3. dream guy/gal: Just someone I get along with more than anyone else
4. dream wedding: I don’t think I’ll have one, but if I did, yeah, it would be at a rented out amusement park (see a pattern here?)
5. dream pet: cats
6. dream job: being able to create movies and cartoons and write books and mangas and just all of that yes

music

1. favorite song: meh
2. favorite album: I don’t really do that
3. favorite artist: Gorillaz, Bowlign for Soup
4. last song you heard on the radio: I listen to CD’s more than the radio
5. least favorite song: So many, but Blurred Lines is way up there
6. least favorite album: Again, I don’t do that
7. least favorite artist: Again, so many, and again, Robin Thicke.

preferences

1. guys/girls/both: You know what, who ever I can get along with (although guys would be lower on the list- also, really should add nonbinary genders)
2. hair color: I really like dark hair, but I also love unusual colors like green or pink or whatnot
3. eye color: Um, I really don’t know- eyes aren’t really what I pay attention to in a person
4. humorous/serious: Need to be both at the right times
5. taller/shorter: I have no idea- I think if they have the personality I’m looking for their height won’t matter much
6. biggest turn-off: Being offensive, arrogant, obnoxious, rude, just in general being horrible
7. biggest turn-on: Confidence

Brother, did you think the M in FTM stood for misogyny?

reblogging from myself cuz i wanted to give this poem a little more attention in that

1. this amazing poet and his duo, Dark Matter, came to do an event at my school and they are two of the most amazing people and amazing artists and amazing activists I have ever seen. they did their art and then we talked queer activism and rocketship activism vs. backyard activism and how to be too radical for the world but still be safe and not burn out and they are like wow but like wow though.

2.this piece is one of the most humbling and honest pieces I have ever heard and I cried the first time I saw it and it means a lot to me.

3. people often reblog pieces that say amazing things but this is also one of the most solid pieces of writing I’ve seen out of CUPSI 2013 so mad props to that

4. plz watch this especially if u r a white trans man cuz we need this kind of stuff sometimes and look, a check-yourself that we can watch all on our owns without even having to offend someone first.

ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone.

These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!

Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!

Liking and reblogging for future reference!

Oh man, my old soccer coach used to make us do the top left one

Used to do these in ballet class.

Great way for us art vampires to stay in shape!
Or if you just want reference for drawing characters exercising.

these are pretty good for anyone to do really 8D

I’m laughing so hard because Artemis is a Greek goddess of, among other things, maidenhood and archery.  She is literally an aro/ace arrow ace.
